A Proposed Constitutional Framework
The Sovereign States of America proposes a constitutional republic where sovereignty resides exclusively in living human beings, guided by three immutable laws: Functionality, Adaptability, and Sustainability.
Founding Vision
The Sovereign States of America is a proposed constitutional framework for a Sovereign Direct Republic — a form of government where sovereignty inheres only in the living Denizen, not in fictions, corporations, churches, or crowns. This framework envisions a system where all law must serve Functionality, Adaptability, and Sustainability, and where every public act answers to the People through open ledger and jury.
Under this proposed model, officers are bound to oath and bond, money is anchored to the earth — gold, silver, copper, and precious stones — and the land itself is guarded as an eternal trust for generations unborn.
Note: This is a proposed, independently developed constitutional model and not an existing government authority. All descriptions refer to the framework as designed, not as currently operative.
The Three Immutable Laws
Title I — Functionality
The Law of Order
The Law of sowing and reaping. As you act, so shall it return to you. Nothing escapes this balance. Functionality establishes the fundamental order of cause and effect — truth and consequence in every system of governance.
Title II — Adaptability
The Law of Correction
The flame that cleanses, the storm that prunes, the river that overflows when channels are broken. Adaptability corrects not to destroy, but to restore. It establishes courts of justice, restitution for wrongs, and removal of corruption.
Title III — Sustainability
The Law of Continuance
The seed that dies and rises again, the circle unbroken. What you take, return; what you consume, replenish. Sustainability establishes stewardship of land, release of debts, protection of the vulnerable, and care for generations yet unborn.
Key Principles
Sovereignty of the Living
Sovereignty resides exclusively in living human beings, not in corporations, governments, or any legal fiction.
Direct Democracy
The people directly ratify legislation through transparent, open-ledger systems including blockchain technology.
Bond of Honor
All public officials must post a personal financial bond, forfeited if they violate their Oath of Office.
Sound Money
A commodity-based economy anchored in gold, silver, copper, and precious stones to preserve the value of labor.
